MISSY MAE BE YOUR GAL. Missy Mae is a friendly Chihuahua mix with a cute little snaggle tooth. She is nearly 10 years old, in good health and weighs about 14 pounds. Missy Mae loves car rides and her squeaky/chewy toys. She’s house- and leash trained, and actually enjoys time to herself, so owners who work outside the home would be fine … so long as they keep in mind that she has a tiny bladder. She does not get along with other pets or children. Missy Mae would be very happy with a single person or a pair of empty nesters/retirees.
Missy Mae is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations. She is affectionate but sometimes she also needs her space and might seem standoffish. She enjoys going for walks but needs to avoid other dogs. In return for a quiet home with patient, loving people, Missy Mae will be a fun and loving companion for years to come. Her adoption fee is being covered by a TDR Angel.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
