Meet Casey.....She has had a hard life for a while now. She was found wandering outside a Dollar General looking for food. People just passed her by as a scroungy, mangy mutt until some nice folks came by who could see past her matted dirty coat and see her for the beautiful, sweet, loving girl that she is.

Casey is a very old gal with a little spunk left in her. Probably around 13 years old. She doesn't have that much time left in her life but we are hoping someone will take her in and give her the loving family she always deserved.

She is great with other dogs. In fact, her tail will start jumping around and wagging her tail with certain ones.  She loves her foster dad and will follow him everywhere.

She will take herself outside to potty however she will also have accidents int he house. So she will need someone that can be attentive and make sure she goes out frequently.

She seems to be mostly deaf and has some vision loss. She has arthritis but she is starting to get around much better than when she first came.

Will you be the one to let her know her time here on earth means something? That she has someone who will love her unconditionally?

More about Casey

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Adults

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
