SUPER CHILL LITTLE NEKA. This sweetheart of a Shih Tzu mix came to TDR after being abandoned by her previous owners. She is eight years-old, weighs about 16 pounds and, with help from her foster person, is working on losing a little weight. She is in good health but requires drops daily for dry eyes. She also has a dislocated kneecap (bilateral petella luxation, grade 1) that slows her down a little bit. Neka is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her shots and has had an injection for 12 months of heartworm prevention. She is friendly, laid back and gets along well with her fellow canines. She is housetrained but, like a lot of older women, has to go to the bathroom more often than she used to. Neka needs a home with a fenced-in yard. Fee: $175.
