MY NAME IS GINGER KAY and I am looking for a home where I can be queen of the castle. I would prefer to do everything with you, including eat. I beg for food and while I don’t get any from my foster mom, she does say I am THE CUTEST begger EVER! And I really am.  I am 12 years-old and weigh approximately 15 pounds but I could stand to lose a few pounds. I am good with kitties and I am doing fine with the small doggies at my foster home, but I do not like when they come around my treats or food. I don’t do anything but lift my lip and growl but would prefer a home where I don’t have dogs bothering me all the time.  I am a dachshund so I will need to have stairs to go up and down the bed and couch because I should not be jumping on and off. I am house- leash- and potty-pad trained but I am NOT crate trained. I DO NOT like the crate, so if you feel you have to crate your pups, please do not choose me. I am good and trustworthy, so I don’t need one anyway. I must sleep in the bed with you at night. I am a good sleeper. I will crawl under the covers and sleep until you wake me up.
