CHARMING CAMILLE This nine year-old Cocker Spaniel is a dainty little thing (about 20 pounds) who loves playing with toys, balls and also riding in the car. She is affectionate and gets along with most people and other dogs. She's also spayed, microchipped and knows how to use a doggy door. Camille came to TDR with heartworms and a terrible ear infection. It's possible that, even when the infection is cured, she might be deaf. Because of this, she is easily startled, especially sleeping, so she must be approached with care. She might not be the best pet for a family with small children. Camille needs an owner or family living in the immediate area to adopt her so she can continue receiving care from her current vet. Because of heartworms, she will need to be calm and have little physical activity for several months while she receives and recovers from treatment. Available through Tired Dog Rescue, Gulport, MS. Fee: $275. Apply at tireddogrescue.org

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
