A SENIOR WITH SO MUCH LOVE LEFT TO GIVE.  Shakey is a 12-yr-old female Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who has been an outside dog her whole life. Now she needs a new home to spend her golden years. She loves, loves, loves people. Shakey weighs 90 pounds, is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations. This is a super smart lady. She knows sit, stay, paw, no and roll over, Her current owner says Shakey is in the beginning stages of arthritis, so sometimes it takes real effort to get up but once she's on her feet, she's good to go. She still loves to chase squirrels! Available through Tired Dog Rescue, Gulfport, MS. Apply at tireddogrescue.org. (Courtesy post.)

Sponsors: Dana Gavin, Felicia Patenaude, Carol Layton, Susan Wade, and Joan Michel

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
