TIME FOR THIS GYPSY TO STOP WANDERING. This 5-year-old Chihuahua weighs only 4 pounds but she's not to be underestimated. She is full of personality, opinions and energy. Gypsy has spent a lot of time between two homes. She experienced a lot of instability and very little consistency. Although she's learned how to use pee pads, she isn't entirely housetrained, and despite her foster parent's best efforts, she hates the leash. A home with a secure, fenced-in yard is a must. Gypsy likes people, but because she is so tiny, she isn't a good pet for very small children. With very few exceptions, she dislikes other dogs, so she needs to be an only pet. Gypsy loves laps, snacks, and her size makes her a perfect come-along companion. She needs an owner, or owners, who will stay by her side whenever she is outside because of predators. Available through Tired Dog Rescue, Gulfport, MS. Apply at tireddogrescue.org. (Courtesy post)

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
