Sugar Ray's Bio

**Name:** Sugar Ray

**Color:** White
**Birthdate:** October 7, 2020 (3 years 7 months old)
**Weight:** 11 lbs

Sugar Ray's journey with Tired Dog Rescue began on October 1, 2022. When he first arrived, he was incredibly fearful and untouchable. Through the unwavering dedication and patience of our director, Terry, Sugar Ray has made significant strides in overcoming his initial fears. Today, while he cannot be picked up, he loves affection and enjoys being close to people. It is important to note that Sugar Ray does have a bite history, which means he needs a patient and understanding foster home to help him continue building trust and confidence. I am honored to be his new foster mom and look forward to helping Sugar Ray gain confidence and find his forever home. Sugar has decided he is looking for a home with only ladies, men are not his cup of tea unfortunately, I bet some of us can relate! His transformation is a testament to the power of patience, love, and expert care.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
