Good golly MS MOLLY!!! Look at that sweet face!! This 10-year-old snuggle bug is a COMPLETE Velcro baby!! She wants to be with you literally every step you take. She would not do well in a home with an elderly person as she would get under their feet. Mollie would do well in a home with other dogs although she seems to be obsessed with small light colored dogs. She will follow them around barking non-stop trying to get them to play. Not sure if she had a BFF in her past but she seems to have a special liking for them. So as far as cats I am not sure how she would do. She is NOT aggressive at all but may want to play and bark. Other than that, she is very good with larger dogs. Molly is 48lbs and still needs to gain weight, but she has typical old-dog hips and can get knocked over so no rough bigger dogs please. Ms. Mollie had been left out in the yard for at least the last few years. Because of that she is terrified of storms. She needs to be medicated a little if there is a storm coming. If you are home, she is fine and will just shake but if you are gone she will try to scramble into areas that will make her feel safe and sometimes will knock stuff out of the way to get to where she wants to be. Giving her few calming treats and/or a light tranquilizer will do the trick. Being that Molly was left outside uncared for unfortunately she also has heartworms which she is being treated for. She had her first shot and is due for treatment 2/3 at the end of September. Overall, she is pretty calm so keeping her low key during the treatment won’t be hard. She is just an old girl looking for a retirement home where she can feel safe and loved for the rest of her life. If you feel you can give Mollie what she needs please fill out an app at www.tireddogrescue.com THANKS

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
