Hi! My name is Casper. (I'm a friendly ghost, I promise!) I am a sweet senior fella at 14 years old. Don't let that age sway you though! I am FULL of pep and love of life! I am an 14 pound, white GORGEOUS pomeranian who has serious charm! I am up to date on shots, neutered, and heartworm negative!

About me....I love to eat and sleep. I've got the basics down. Who doesn't love to eat and sleep, right? I'm a pro.

I would love a human who also loves to eat and sleep and maybe the occasional stroll to the stop sign and back. If you are super active and looking for an athletic dog to catch frisbees, I am probably not the right companion for you. But, if you want a lap buddy with an endlessly cheerful disposition, then we should meet! I would do best in a home without small children. I don't see that great and I my arthritis makes it difficult for me to be picked up and carried around a lot. I don't want a child to accidentally hurt me.

I get along with other small dogs and am indifferent to cats. I love all people and whenever I'm out and about, people can't help but stop me and tell me how cute I am! It's a gift! The charm!

My vision and hearing aren't 100%. The vet said I have a little arthritis (the joys of aging), but it doesn't stop me from getting where I need to go. It will take a little time for you to build my trust. The low vision makes me a little cautious! You may notice that my coat is not as thick and luxurious as other Pomeranians. But what I do have is soft and fluffy and improving daily. A long time ago, I experienced neglect, which meant that I had to be shaved. As a result, my coat did not grow back fully but my foster mom is working on it! My previous owner took me in and took really good care of me, which probably accounts for my sunny and optimistic outlook (I can't stop smiling....ever!). Unfortunately, he is no longer able to take care of me. My foster mom absolutely loves me to pieces and thinks I am handsome. She hopes I will find someone who loves an older guy like me. I am hoping to find a kind soul and a warm bed for the rest of my smiling days.
