Meet Lacy – Tiny, Tough, and Totally Adorable!
At just 8.1 lbs, Lacy might be small, but she’s packed with personality and heart. This 7-year-old brown and white cutie was found as a stray, but her days of fending for herself are over—now she’s looking for a comfy couch and someone to love her for good!
She’s housebroken, uses a pet door like a champ, and loves nothing more than curling up next to her person for some serious cuddle time.
Lacy’s been through a lot, but she’s handled it like the little champ she is. She had some old injuries, so she had hip surgery (FHO) and is walking better now. She also has patella luxation (loose kneecaps), but it doesn’t slow her down or bother her much, so no surgery needed! She had some benign mammary tumors removed and came through like a pro.
She is heartworm positive, but she’s already finished treatment—now she just needs to take it easy for a few more months while she heals. A calm home where she can relax is just what she needs.
Lacy also has some skin allergies, so she’ll need a little extra TLC like medicated baths and maybe some allergy meds from time to time. Nothing too crazy—just a little pampering for this queen!
Oh—and did we mention? Her adoption fee is fully sponsored!
Lacy is sweet, sassy, and so ready to find her forever person. If you’re looking for a laid-back little sidekick who’ll love you endlessly, Lacy might be your girl.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
