Tired Dog Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing abused, abandoned and neglected dogs, and those whose owners can no longer care for them. Although we care for dogs big and small from just about anywhere, our efforts are focused on dogs 35 pounds and less from the Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Before dogs are placed for adoption we ensure they are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped and are heartworm negative.
MISSION
Tired Dog Rescue strives to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral and situational dog problems.
Tired Dog Rescue believes:
- The lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs currently in a loving home.
- All dogs deserve a loving home regardless of age, medical conditions and/or disabilities.
- Medical care should be provided regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
